About Tshedimosetso Advice Centre – Warrenton
Tshedimosetso ("Development" in Setswana) Advice Centre is located at 27 Erasmus Street, Warrenton, Northern Cape, 8530. Warrenton is the administrative seat of the Magareng Local Municipality in the Frances Baard District — a small town on the Vaal River approximately 50km west of Kimberley. The town serves surrounding farming communities and has limited access to legal and social services.
As a paralegal advice centre, Tshedimosetso provides: - Free paralegal and legal advice on domestic violence, GBV, protection orders, maintenance, custody, labour rights, housing, and social grants. - Guidance for GBV survivors on their legal rights and court processes. - Community education on rights and available services. - Referrals to Northern Cape Legal Aid, courts, and DSD social workers.
