**Services:** 1. **Victim Empowerment Programme (VEP)** — psychosocial support and crisis care for survivors of GBV and crime 2. **Psychosocial Support Services** — individual and group support for families, women, and youth in the Hebron/Letlhabile and Soshanguve areas 3. **Social Behaviour Change (SBC) Programmes** — government-funded behaviour change programmes addressing GBV, HIV/AIDS, safe sex, reproductive health, and family wellbeing; implemented on behalf of North West DSD 4. **HIV Testing Services** — community-based HIV testing 5. **GBV Awareness Campaigns** — community dialogue, information-sharing, and awareness; zero-tolerance advocacy; engaging community members on respectful relationships and GBV prevention; pamphlet distribution and one-on-one community engagement (e.g. Hebron Mall campaign) 6. **Skills Development** — women's economic empowerment 7. **Economic Development Initiatives** — income generation support for women and families affected by poverty and GBV

About
Today, Katlo operates as a registered implementing partner for the North West Department of Social Development's Social Behaviour Change (SBC) Programmes — the provincial government's vehicle for community-level behaviour change on GBV, HIV/AIDS, safe sex, and family wellbeing. Services include: a Victim Empowerment Programme (VEP) providing psychosocial support to GBV survivors; HIV Testing Services; GBV awareness campaigns (including community outreach events such as the Hebron Mall campaign, with one-on-one dialogue, pamphlets, and open community discussions on ending GBV); skills development and economic development initiatives for women; and psychosocial support services for families and youth. All services are free, government-funded.
